Guest List

You may submit your own typed and numbered guest list (please use Times New Roman, 12 pt. and follow the guidelines below) or enter your list in our database. Our artist is knowledgeable about the rules of etiquette and will format your envelopes accordingly (see Etiquette for more detailed guidelines). However, please remember that we do not know your guests. Please follow these guidelines to assist us:

• Do not use all capital letters to type your list.
• Titles (Mr., Mrs., Miss, etc.) for each guest are required.
• List the correct titles for all members of the military and clergy (do not abbreviate)
• If the person you are inviting is a “doctor”, please indicate in the “Notes” field if he or she is a           medical doctor or a Ph.D.
• If a woman is a “doctor”, please provide her first name.
• Two unmarried adults living together should be listed separately. (example: Miss Susan Jones, Mr. Travis    Smith)
• Do not use abbreviations for: “street names”, “states” or “words” such as Apartment, Place, Court,    Circle, Trail, Trace, Boulevard, Avenue and Number.
• Guests’ names should be indicated in the “Notes” field.
• List children under the age of 18 by their first name only in the “Notes” field.
• Children over 18 should receive their own invitations, even if they are living with their parents.
• Be sure to include a title for any adult guest.
• Terms of endearment (for example: “Mom and Dad” or “Aunt Jane and Uncle Bob”) may be used on the    inner envelope only for very close relatives. Indicate appropriate nicknames in the “Notes” field.
• Please note any unusual circumstances in the “Notes” field (for example: sisters and brothers living    together, mother and adult child living together)
